[Later in the evening, whether answering a knock on her door (to find no one there) or returning home from wherever she may be, Ai Thao is going to find a garment box wrapped in festive paper with a bow on it and an envelope taped to the top. The envelope reads "To Ai. Do not open until Christmas!" If she opens it now or later, this is what she'll find:
In the envelope is a card! It's a fairly generic happy holidays card, though the outside and inside have stickers added. On the inside of the card are some cute little doodles of cats or snowmen or reindeer and a note:
Merry Christmas Ai! I personally don't think we got to talk enough at the slumber party, and I don't know if I ever told you that I'm glad I got to meet you, so consider this both me saying "it was really nice to meet you" and "we should have lunch sometime"! I hope you're having a really good Christmas and if not, then I hope this can make it a little brighter for you! And that we definitely get to talk and get to know each other more in the next year!

In the thin garment box is...a stocking? Yes! It's a stocking! It's red with gold trimming and glitter covering it, as well as Ai's name carefully penned in with what looks like gold glitter fabric paint. Inside this stocking is what you would expect in any stocking. From the toe to the top, it's filled with candy and a variety of smaller items, such as: A few carefully woven yarn bracelets in purple, with white pony beads used as decoration, a bottle of lavender nail polish, and a small, hand knit key chain featuring a stuffed white cat!
Lining the top are five candy canes, neatly hooked over the edge so they are just peeking out!]

[Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! It is a time of generosity, and so Vietnam would like to share some food that one can share with family and friends. A package containing some bánh quy bơ quế (butter cookies with Vietnamese cinnamon MMMM), and an assortment of mứt (candied fruit preserves) for the New Year.
There's also one "IOU" for an áo dài, with instructions that says: "Let us arrange a time for me to take down your measurements". And a card is included:]

[ On the 26th, the morning before the ball, Ai will find a small box containing a corsage made of white and blue roses right at her doorstep. Of course, Athena rang the doorbell and immediately ditched. The note that comes along with it reads "Merry Christmas... again! Here's something for you to wear at the ball. - Athena"
And, on the 27th, there will be another instance of ding-dong ditching. This time around, the box is wrapped in glittery Christmas wrapping paper, and it the card just says "To: Ai, Happy holidays! From: Athena". Inside is a pink infinity scarf.
